Menjangan and Tabuhan Islands are destination choices for holidays. This is because the two islands in the Bali Strait are part of the West Bali National Park (TMBB), which is famous for its beautiful underwater views and the natural nuances of the islands that are still preserved. The following is an excerpt:
Menjangan Island
This island is called Menjangan because there are deer species that live freely on it. Menjangan is the name given to deer by local residents. This animal is a characteristic of this island so getting a photo or taking a photo with it is a personal pleasure for tourists.
When you get there, the view of the island is still very natural because there are only a few non-residential buildings and no people selling.
Not only that, around the island, there are also coral reefs which can be seen through snorkeling or shallow diving if you want to see more views. A little advice when snorkeling or diving, especially for beginners, not to be far from the group and not to swim alone.
Tabuhan Island
Tabuhan Island can be said to be a complementary island. Almost every tourist who comes to Menjangan Island will stop by this island. Usually tourists use it as a place to rest and eat food after leaving Menjangan Island and for snorkeling or diving activities beforehand. Because in this place there are two places selling small food.
Even so, this island is still very natural, to enjoy it, this small island can be surrounded by walking along the shoreline. While traveling around this island, the breeze, white sand beaches and the color of the sea which shows light blue, dark blue and green can be enjoyed because of the difference in sea depth. For tourists who still want to dive there are also places to do it. If you want a private boat,it’s Monday – Thursday.
If you want to be on the same boat, it’s Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
– Each trip includes – Snorkeling equipment, life jacket, guide, return boat, lunch and insurance.
